Descrizione
The pistachio plant, typical of the flora of the Etna Park, grows spontaneously and luxuriantly on the slopes of the volcano. The reddish fruits contain tender, green seeds with a sweet and delicate flavor. This rosolio is obtained with an exquisitely artisanal process, using the green “heart” of the pistachio, according to the indications of an ancient recipe. The Rosolio should be served fresh as a dessert and is exquisite on cakes and pistachio ice cream.
