  • Terroir: Altitude above sea level; predominantly sandy soil; Climate characterized by mild winters, hot summers but relieved all year round by a refreshing sea breeze.
  • Vineyard: Counter-espalier training and Guyot pruning; Yield per hectare: 80 q/h
  • Harvest: Harvest carried out during the nights of the first ten days of September.
  • Winemaking: Dopo una pressatura particolarmente soffice delle uve la fermentazione avviene in 12 giorni ad una temperatura controllata di 15°C.
  • Refinement: The wine then matures in steel tanks for 3 months. Bottle aging: at least 1 month.
  • Tasting notes: Light pink in color, Lia offers enveloping aromas of fresh fruit such as strawberry and mango with hints of mint and pink pepper. Lia has a lively acidity, a light body and delicate tannins. On the palate you can perceive notes of black cherry, pomegranate and fennel that leave a pleasant freshness in the mouth.
  • Pairings: It pairs well with spicy second courses and tomato sauces. Try it with raw shrimp and gourmet exotic fruit salads.
  • How to serve it: It expresses its best qualities in medium-sized tulip glasses served at a temperature of 8°C.
