- Refinement: The wine then matures in steel tanks for 3 months. Bottle aging: at least 1 month.
- Tasting notes: Light pink in color, Lia offers enveloping aromas of fresh fruit such as strawberry and mango with hints of mint and pink pepper. Lia has a lively acidity, a light body and delicate tannins. On the palate you can perceive notes of black cherry, pomegranate and fennel that leave a pleasant freshness in the mouth.
- Pairings: It pairs well with spicy second courses and tomato sauces. Try it with raw shrimp and gourmet exotic fruit salads.
- How to serve it: It expresses its best qualities in medium-sized tulip glasses served at a temperature of 8°C.
